Insurance giants, AXA Africa, was outgrowing their serviced office and to accommodate their expansion plans they required their own space in the City of London.

Pain point

There was a tight deadline to move offices and limited availability of suitable properties, especially given the strict criteria to be within the line of sight of the iconic and Grade I Listed Lloyd’s building.

Result

Canvus sourced the right office space comprising of 5,000 sq ft, on flexible terms, inside the Lloyd’s building itself! AXA instructed us to secure the deal, manage the tender for the fit-out and to project manage the building works and the physical move. This was achieved on-time and to budget despite pressured time-frames.
